Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprints! Instead of making sandwich cookies like the recipe called for... I made these babies... Hubby immediately requested a second batch. And the really nice thing? I made the dough, put it in the fridge to chill, and forgot about it for two days... They were still excellent!

Cake Balls! I was thinking that the red velvet cake would make a very pretty Christmas Cookie... I'm thinking more Halloween now... =)
